The process of sewing a cut out piece of material to another material is defined as APPLIQUE. It creates a very durable and visually rich form of garment embelishment and is the only method of naming and numbering jerseys in use by the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. This is top of the line! and happens to be the specialty we are most experienced with.

Our standard appliqué material, which is kept stocked in large quantities, is Poly-Pro Twill®.
